Calexico’s SoHo cart, one of the best-known street vendors in the city, has been serving award-winning food on the streets of downtown New York since 2006. Founded by 3 brothers from the border town of Calexico, California (California + Mexico = Calexico), Calexico serves elevated West Coast-style Mexican food on the corner of Prince and Wooster Streets in the bustling SoHo neighborhood of New York City. Calexico has received a good deal of recognition, including the Vendy Award for the best street food in New York City, and the Vendy Master’s Cup for New York’s "Street Vendor of the Decade."

Their steak used to be amazing, but since they changed the meat they use it's just not the same experience. Chicken is still good.
